Why we built this project

Airline selection can feel overwhelming long before the assessment day. Candidates often move between scattered online advice, generic interview guides, disconnected question banks, and preparation methods that do not follow a clear sequence.

EvalFly was created to bring those stages into one structured preparation system. Our goal is not to promise a guaranteed outcome, but to help candidates approach each assessment with greater clarity, direction, and awareness of what they need to prepare.

Their role is to help ensure that EvalFly reflects the structure, professional expectations, and key stages candidates may encounter throughout the airline selection journey.

Their insight supports the development of preparation materials covering applications, airline research, interviews, assessment stages, and the professional mindset expected in an airline environment.

Technical Knowledge & Human Factors

Our Technical Aviation & Human Performance Team combines expertise in ATPL theory, aircraft systems, CRM, human factors, and professional performance. Their role is to help shape preparation materials that reflect both the technical knowledge and behavioural competencies relevant to airline selection.

This multidisciplinary perspective supports resources covering technical interviews, aircraft-specific revision, teamwork, communication, decision-making, situational awareness, and performance under pressure.

Structured Learning & Candidate Preparation

Our Learning Design & Candidate Development Team transforms complex aviation and selection-related topics into clear, structured, and practical preparation resources. Their role is to organise specialist knowledge into materials that candidates can understand, apply, and revisit throughout their preparation.

Through guides, workbooks, frameworks, checklists, and question-based resources, the team helps create a more focused learning experience designed for independent study and progressive preparation.

How We Build Our Preparation Resources

Every EvalFly resource begins with a clear purpose: helping candidates prepare for a specific stage of airline selection. We identify the knowledge, behaviours, and recurring preparation challenges connected to that stage, then organise them into practical guides, workbooks, frameworks, and question-based resources.

Before publication, each resource is reviewed for clarity, relevance, consistency, and ease of use. We then refine the materials through feedback and ongoing improvements, helping candidates study with greater structure and focus on the areas that matter most.
