Why we built this project
Becoming a pilot is an ambitious path, but the selection process can often feel complex, competitive, and difficult to navigate alone. We created this project to give aspiring pilots a clearer, more structured way to prepare for every stage of the journey. James Carter — Former First Officer
With a background as a First Officer, James has experienced firsthand the discipline, pressure, and high standards that define the aviation industry. Having worked in a highly selective environment, he understands how demanding the path can be for aspiring pilots. Today, he leads the vision behind the project, turning real aviation experience into a clear and practical preparation method. His role is to ensure that every resource offered through the store is aligned with the real challenges candidates face throughout the selection process.
Michael Hayes — Former Aircraft Maintenance Technician
Before joining the project, Michael worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, a role built on precision, technical knowledge, and strict compliance with operational and safety standards. That same mindset now shapes his contribution to the store. He is responsible for helping structure content, resources, and preparation materials in a way that is clear, reliable, and professionally organized.
